Your booking becomes binding once you have placed your booking order in writing and we have confirmed it in writing.

For a fixed reservation, we request a deposit of 30% of the booked value as a transfer to our account within 10 days:

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date are not subject to any charges. Later cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows will be charged as follows:
- from 29 to 3 days: 75%
- Cancellations less than 2 days before the scheduled start of the holiday, no-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the total amount.

- We therefore recommend our travel cancellation insurance
Payment methods:
You can pay your bill by bank transfer or cash (in Euro).
Price information
- The prices quoted are per day and apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons and a minimum stay of 7 days.
- For each additional person, the following surcharge will be applied per day, depending on the flat:
- Apartment Karersee / Apartment Latemar / Lodge Diamantidi: 25.00 €
- Lodge Rosengarten / Loft Dolomites: 40.00 €
- Not included in the price is the local tax of 2.40 €, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years) and collected on site.
- For the served breakfast we charge an additional 25.00 € per person and 15.00 € per child (1–14 years).
